Shock removed from chassis and in the spring compression rig for removal
Shock dismantling spring removed and removing seal head assembly
Shock stripped and ready for inspection and measurement
Shock piston assembly with rebound valve at the top
Shock shaft, piston and valving set out for cleaning, measurement and modification as required
Components cleaned and ready for assembly
Shock rebuilt with new oil and re-gassed with nitrogen and ready for the spring to be fitted
Spring re-fitted to shock and pre-load re-set according to rider weight and preference
